Backache today, not sure why but advil finally knocked it.
Warn night sleep, no itching, slept in till 1:30 pm. So guess I needed more rest today.
Numbness same.
Taste good could eat cheese. Mouth a bit tender so no chips.
Digestive system off.
So all in all a good day.
